Trailhead Media named Randy Otto President and CEO in 2022, bringing 46 years of out-of-home industry experience to the growing Southeast billboard company.

Otto spent decades rising through the ranks at Pattison Outdoor, serving as President beginning in 2004 before retiring in 2019. He joined Trailhead Media in May 2022. See the full leadership team on the Team page.
“Trailhead is a great organization with a nice footprint in the southeast United States,” Otto said upon joining. “I’ve followed their growth over the last couple years.”
Otto’s priorities included strengthening Trailhead’s business practices and infrastructure following its rapid early growth through acquisitions, while continuing to pursue new opportunities within the company’s existing footprint across Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Florida.
